I was having a SMS conversation with Ivy. She has been trying to reach me since last night, but I was already asleep. She was expressing her feelings about her present job. It seems that there is someone in the company who dislikes her, but acted very friendly in front of her.
Billy, her General Manager had a MSN conversation with her, talking about a lot of stuff regarding her work performance and work related stuffs. To me, I felt that he has been putting a lot of pressure on Ivy since he started to exchange MSN conversation with her. Every time, he chats with her, he will discuss with her about work, work and more work. As time passes, more and more pressure was added on Ivy's shoulders.
After the conversation with her General Manager, she is having second thoughts about staying on in the company. She dreads going to office everyday and wasn't looking forward to facing the people in the office.
One thing I find very fake was Billy's concern for Ivy. He claims that he has been trying all the while to shield her from all the bad comments and words. He had asked Ivy to inform him early if she wanted to quit so that he can stop shielding her.
What the fu*king meaning is that? You mean if she works on, you shield her. If she were to quit, you will leave her expose to all the bad publicity? If you are really sincere about helping a person, you will shield her regardless of she is working for you or quitting soon. I find that he is very hypocritical.
I can't claim that I am a good guy far better than him. But at least, I am straight forward and does not act this way. If you meant to shield someone, you will do it with no conditions.
Billy, if you are reading this now, I got 2 words for you. Fu*k You.
Anyway, none of these are from Ivy. If you have a problem with all these, look for me. Please don't be a bastard and take it out on Ivy. You taking it out on her makes you more of a hypocritical bastard than you are.
